‘OSAMA’ MUSIC VIDEO

The Osama music video was officially released on 31 December 2021. It was directed by Darion 4K who has worked with the likes of Riky Rick, Focalistic, Manu Worldstar and Aubrey Qwana.

The video opens with a powerful monologue by John Kani. As he and Bantwini look over Johannesburg, the Black Panther star reminds his “son” Osama, that he has a purpose and is the “descendant of the people of the sun”.

“Do not doubt yourself. Do not allow fear to enter your heart. Remember who you are. Remember where you come from,” says Kani.

In the video, Bantwini goes on a journey through the country with his journey ending in the sea. The final scenes see Bantwini with the likes of DJ Shimza, Sjava, DJ Sbu and Oskido raising a glass together.
